We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Biotechnologist with a focus on cell culture and research and development (R&D). This position is open to those with a strong interest in science and eagerness to learn. The Clinical Biotechnologist will support production processes and contribute to R&D projects. Responsibilities:
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet company SOPs, including data collection, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Design and execute research studies, including assay development and validation.
- Develop immunotherapy, stem cell products, and related services.
- Perform cell culture processes, including media prep, cell maintenance, expansion, and harvesting.
- Maintain sterile techniques and quality control measures for reliable cell culture operations.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and participate in procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize protocols.
- Stay updated on scientific advancements in cell culture and R&D.
- Participate in team meetings, providing scientific input.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams and external collaborators.
- Organize promotional activities and video presentations.
- Submit monthly reports and maintain documentation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the laboratory organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biotechnology or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in cell culture.
- Knowledge of cell culture techniques, including stem cells, T-lymphocytes, NK cells, and secretome.
- Experience with cell therapies and immunotherapy.
- Experience in a cGMP environment is a plus.
- Interest in research, good command of English, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and learn continuously.
