Role Summary
The Application Specialist, PACS & Radiology AI is responsible for supporting the clinical implementation, training, and optimization of medical imaging informatics solutions including PACS, AI-based diagnostic tools and related applications. This role serves as a key liaison between end-users and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption and continued satisfaction with our solutions. Ideal candidates will have a radiology background—such as a radiographer—with strong IT aptitude, communication skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation in healthcare.
Job Description
- Conduct on-site and remote clinical application training for radiology staff to ensure effective use of PACS, AI-assisted diagnostic tools, and associated systems.
- Assist in pre- and post-sales activities including product demos, user workflow assessment and solution customization to align with clinical practices.
- Collaborate with customers during system implementation to ensure a smooth transition and optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and liaise with technical support and service engineers to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Gather and report user feedback for product improvement and enhancement, including insights on workflow, usability, and competitive features.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, workshops, and user group meetings to showcase company’s digital health offerings.
- Provide ongoing customer support, system usage optimization, and refresher training as needed.
- Maintain clinical and technical knowledge through regular training, reading, and participation in vendor-provided programs.
- Work closely with account managers and project teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption.
- Perform other duties assigned by management in line with business needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Clinical experience in a radiology environment (hospital or imaging center) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with medical imaging workflows, PACS/RIS systems, or diagnostic imaging software is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about healthcare IT and willing to develop technical skills in PACS, AI and enterprise imaging.
- Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates with radiography background and strong interest in medical IT are encouraged to apply.
- Work location - Southern region. Frequent travel within the assigned region is expected.
