The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Patient Admission Management: Responsible for the management of general patient admission packets, ensuring all necessary information is completed and accurate.

Patient Interaction: Handle phone calls, greet patients, and direct them appropriately to ensure a smooth and welcoming clinic experience.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, product selection, and monitoring supply usage to ensure adequate stock levels.

Clerical Support: Perform various clerical tasks such as filing medical records and lab results, scheduling appointments, data entry for non-clinical information (e.g., billing), and copying/faxing patient charts.

Daily Collections and Reporting: Ensure that daily collections at the clinic are banked on time according to SOPs and submit daily reports to the finance team for record-keeping.

Data Accuracy and Submission: Ensure that patient treatment charges and other relevant data are accurate and submitted to the DaVita Corporate Office in a timely manner.

Collections Management: Ensure collections for all centres remain up-to-date at all times, following established procedures.

Debtor Communication: Engage with debtors based in the centre regarding non-payment issues, negotiating and establishing workable repayment arrangements.

Collaboration with Senior Credit and Collection Executive: Work together with the Senior Credit and Collection Executive to ensure thorough and timely follow-ups on accounts.

Stock Compliance: Collaborate closely with the FA to ensure clinic stocks comply with standards and replenishment requests are handled promptly.

Patient Growth: Work with the FA to focus on patient growth and ensure the acceptance of patients based on pre-set targets.

Other Duties:

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.

· Entry level position with little or no prior relevant work experience

· Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks

· Secondary school education or higher

Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record required

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to perform successfully the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

Vision requirements

Vision adequate to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of position including repetitive use of computer monitor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:

· Ability to lift a maximum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stoop, walk, stretch, and reach with moderate range of body motions.

· Ability to hear and interact by phone clearly and efficiently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Level II – Job required tasks normally do not involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, but may require performing unplanned Level I tasks. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues; however, exposure or potential exposure may be required as a condition of employment and appropriate personal protection measures are required in those instances. Normal hazards associated with daily travel by vehicle.
