Job description

We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our telemedicine team in supporting the digital transformation of healthcare. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic operations team focused on ensuring a seamless experience for our telemedicine patients.

Location: Clementi 325

Pay Rate: $13/h

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational tasks, including accurate packing of prescribed medications and arranging timely deliveries to patients
  • Coordinate closely with the contact centre, doctors, operations team, and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Manage medication and consumables inventory, including replenishment and stock control
  • Assist telemedicine doctors with patient enquiries
  • Handle patient feedback and provide service recovery when required
  • Submit claims to government agencies and corporate partners accurately and on time
  • Contribute to improving clinic processes and maintaining SOP documentation
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the team as needed
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays in accordance with clinic operating hours (Dispensing hours are 8am - 10pm)

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Meticulous, well-organised, and committed to delivering excellent patient service

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with digital tools
