Job description

Cyto Dr+ Clinic is a GP clinic located in Taman Segar. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and independent Staff Nurse to join our team.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide home nursing care — such as injections, wound care, and basic procedures — to patients living near the clinic.

When there are no home visits scheduled, you will assist in the clinic with basic patient care, WhatsApp enquiries, and clinic operations.

No experience required — training will be provided by the doctor

Must have own transport and be comfortable with home visits

Shift-based role, including weekdays and weekends

Suitable for nurses who prefer meaningful, one-on-one patient care

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care Support

Assist the doctor during consultations, minor procedures, and treatments

Perform basic nursing duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients, and administering injections or medications as instructed

Ensure patient comfort and safety during their clinic visit

Educate patients on post-consultation care and medication instructions

Provide home nursing care when required, such as administering injections, wound care, or other basic medical procedures at the patient’s residence

2. Administrative Duties

Respond to patient enquiries and appointment requests via WhatsApp and phone calls

Help manage patient records and registration

Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time

3. Clinic Operations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of consultation and treatment areas

Manage and monitor clinic stock levels (medications, consumables, etc.)

Record new stock arrivals into the clinic system accurately

Alert the doctor in a timely manner when medications or supplies are running low

Prepare medical instruments and ensure proper sterilization

Key Requirements :

Friendly, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is a plus

Basic computer or mobile device literacy (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Sheets, inventory systems)

Must have own transportation

Willing to travel for home nursing services
