Preparing patient cards or treatment chits according to SOP.

Registering patients at the counter with excellent customer service.

Maintaining a neat registration area to uphold the clinic’s image.

Filing and retrieving patient cards accurately to minimize errors.

Entering patient visit details into the IQRIS system with minimal errors.

Answering calls and providing accurate information to callers.

Clinical Duties and Assisting Doctors

Supporting doctors during consultations and treatments to ensure smooth processes and patient satisfaction.

Making patients comfortable during examinations.

Welcoming patients into consultation or treatment rooms with care.

Keeping the doctor’s room tidy and clean for a pleasant environment.

Chaperoning doctors, especially for female patients, and handling sensitive issues appropriately.

Handling lab specimens safely and according to procedures.

Filing lab reports and hospital documents correctly after review.

Preparing lab forms and ensuring specimens are properly identified and sent.

Treatment Duties

Preparing and handling medical instruments for sterilization following safety protocols.

Operating medical equipment such as ECG, Ultrasound, or X-ray with professionalism and safety.

Maintaining adequate supplies of medical consumables.

Disposing of used syringes and needles safely.

Assisting during minor surgeries and treatments, prioritizing patient welfare.

Coordinating patient checkups and ensuring their comfort.

Performing dressings with proper techniques.

Dispensing Duties

Dispensing prescribed medications accurately, with clear instructions.

Checking for allergies and ensuring allergic medicines are not dispensed.

Preparing and labeling medication bottles correctly.

Filling smaller bottles with medicines efficiently.

Recording drug dispensation in CMS and maintaining stock levels.

Issuing receipts and managing cash transactions accurately.

Others

Performing any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management, striving to perform them to the best of your ability.
