SEGi University recherche un Assistant Clinique pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce rôle implique d'accueillir les patients, d'organiser les dossiers médicaux et de fournir des soins cliniques tels que la prise des signes vitaux et l'administration de médicaments. Qualifications

• Compétences interpersonnelles et sensibilisation aux procédures de soins techniques.

Responsibilities

• Accueillir et enregistrer les patients dans la clinique.
• Organiser les dossiers médicaux et administrer les médicaments.
• Prendre les signes vitaux des patients et répondre aux demandes par téléphone.

To greet and register patients arriving at the clinic.

To organise a clinic’s medical records, and ensure the records are accurate and up to date.

To administer medications and document medical history.

To ensure all the clinical instruments are clean and sterilised.

To assist patient visits with taking vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, or weight and explaining procedures.

To perform other clinical tasks such as giving injections, carry out venepuncture, administer nebulizer and oxygen, wound dressing and removing sutures etc.

To operate electrocardiogram (ECG) and other equipment for routine diagnostic tests.

To schedule the appointments for patients.

To conduct proper safety and hygiene protocols in the clinic

To respond for any inquiries via phone calls and emails.

To perform any ad hoc duties as assign.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/ STPM or equivalent.

Possess strong interest in healthcare.

Initiative with a good attitude and pleasant personality.

Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Positive mindset and good teamwork spirit.

Able to communicate in English and computer literate.

Experience in a clinical setting will be an added advantage.

Nursing students are encouraged to apply.

*5-day work week. On-the-job training will be provided.
