Clinic Assistant cum Admin (Chiropractic & Physiotherapy)

Requirements:

Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, & Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin being an added advantage.

5.5 working days a week (able to work on weekends and selected public holidays)

Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, scheduling software).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Cooperative, and willing to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients.

Proactive, friendly and empathetic with a patient-focused mindset.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Able to perform well under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist all patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Manage phone calls and promptly reply to all incoming inquiries on our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and etc)

Provide and educate accurate information about our services and products to patients.

Administrative Duties:

Register, schedule, and follow up on appointments for new and existing patients.

Process billing and payment collections.

Maintain accurate and organized records of patient records, products and related documentation.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.

Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists and the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care.
