  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin being an added advantage.

  • 5.5 working days a week (able to work on weekends and selected public holidays)

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, scheduling software).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cooperative, and willing to learn.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients.

  • Proactive, friendly and empathetic with a patient-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist all patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

  • Manage phone calls and promptly reply to all incoming inquiries on our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and etc)

  • Provide information about our services and products.

Administrative Duties:

  • Register, schedule, and follow up on appointments for new and existing patients.

  • Process billing and payment collections.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of products and related documentation.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.

  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists and the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care.
