Location: Clinic at No. 5, Setia Indah 2/13, Taman Setia Indah, 81100 Johor Bahru.

Full Time Permanent: 5.5 days work a week

• Annual leave and allowance
• EPF/SOCSO/EIS
• Proper training will also be provided
• Uniform provided
• Commission based on sales

Job Scope

• Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Handling registration of patients and billing
• Addressing customer requests and inquiries
• Managing appointments and calls
• Assisting doctors during procedures and patient consultations
• Operating treatment equipment carefully and professionally
• Ensuring cleanliness of treatment equipment and stations
• Maintaining the premises to ensure the clinic is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a science background
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic clinics, is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork
• Friendly, good attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality, punctual, and trustworthy
• Fast learner, willing to learn actively, and interested in the beauty industry
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
