Job description

Job Responsibility

• Ensure customers are welcomed and do work as a receptionist at the front desk
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Prepare and distribute medicines that have been prescribed by the doctor on duty
• Assist the doctor during consultation and clinical procedures
• Ensure the accuracy of the entry of clinical data into the computer system
• Perform basic tests on patients (For example conducting urine tests, vision tests, etc.)
• Operate & provide clinic equipment
• Make reservations on low stock inventory medicine
• Maintenance of clinical facilities of the clinic
• Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other administrative tasks
• Handle all transactions including payment and ensure proper documentation
• Any other duties as directed by the Clinic Manager or doctor (if have any)
