About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Damai Asianiaga Sdn. Bhd in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare facility and providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assisting with patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records
3. Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits
4. Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, filing, and inventory management
5. Answering phone inquiries and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
6. Maintaining a high level of patient confidentiality and adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations
7. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the seamless delivery of patient care

What we're looking for

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
2. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
5. A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the well-being of patients
6. A willingness to learn and grow in the role
