A leading healthcare provider in Johor Bahru is looking for a Clinic Assistant to assist in patient care and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare or SPM/STPM, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to start immediately. Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors and clinic in providing patient care.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain patient records.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager and Doctor.

1) Assist doctors and clinic in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned.

2) Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient records are maintained and updated accordingly.

3) Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager and Doctor.

Job Requirement

1) Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing for a Senior Clinic Assistant or minimum SPM/STPM for a Clinic Assistant.

2) Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

3) Must be computer literate.

4) Candidate with clinical and customer service experience will be an advantage

5) Able to START IMMEDIATELY and able to work at Taman Silibin
