We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Clinic Assistant to join our team at Dizad Healthcare Sdn.Bhd in Iskandar Puteri Johor. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare facility. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Managing clinic social media
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment
• Handling billing and payments

What we're looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Age range 20-30 years old
• Willing to learn new things
• Experience as a clinic assistant is an advantage
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
• Able to work in shifts
• Good communication skills and personality
• Ability to interact with patients and staff professionally and friendly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, or willingness to learn
• Proficient in office equipment and software such as word processing and spreadsheets
• A team player with a positive attitude and genuine interest in healthcare
