What is the opportunity?

The Production & Risk Services group seeks a Client Technology Production and Risk Services analyst to support and drive operations of complex Client Technology applications. Join a growing team supporting a stable yet expanding business at a major North American Bank.

The group is responsible for:

• Supporting applications in the Client Technology portfolio
• Building tools for monitoring, deployment, and implementing DevOps and CI/CD capabilities
• Providing technical support across the application portfolio
• Managing change requests, releases, and capacity planning
• Coordinating disaster recovery planning and execution, updating internal systems

What will you do?

• Provide front-office production support for local and remote users across platforms
• Manage releases, coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with developers and vendors
• Collaborate with the Change the Bank (CTB) team on agile development
• Engage with technical partners to ensure stability in production
• Create documentation and runbooks in Confluence
• Participate in rotational weekend releases and checks
