Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  2. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  3. Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Identify and develop opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth.
  5. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  6. Support administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, updating systems, or managing schedules.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing client relationships, preferably in fields like hospitality, client success, or sales.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Empathy and understanding of client needs with the ability to address them effectively.
