About the Role

Do you enjoy building relationships and turning conversations into business opportunities? As a Client Success Manager at our recruitment agency, you’ll be the driving force behind business growth — identifying hiring needs, pitching recruitment solutions, and closing deals with companies across various industries.

This is a sales role with purpose. You'll be helping businesses grow by delivering the right talent and shaping careers along the way.

What You'll Do

Actively sell recruitment and staffing services to corporate clients

Prospect and engage with new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Understand clients’ hiring challenges and offer suitable recruitment solutions

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales

Work with recruiters to ensure timely and successful placements

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM

Who We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 2- 3 year of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment sales preferred

Fresh graduates with strong persuasion and communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Comfortable with cold calling and client presentations
