Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Account Management
    • Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and retention.
    • Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery
    • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Track project progress and provide updates to clients.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
    • Address client concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
    • Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions.
    • Escalate critical issues to senior management when needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and feedback.
    • Prepare reports on account status, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
    • Analyze client data to improve service strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights to clients on best practices and new opportunities.
