Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Account Management- Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and retention.
- Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
Project Coordination & Delivery- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Track project progress and provide updates to clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
- Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when needed.
Reporting & Documentation- Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on account status, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
- Analyze client data to improve service strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to clients on best practices and new opportunities.
