As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster

You will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related inquiries, account registration and management-related inquiries, promotion and event inquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Handling user inquiries, including:
  • Account registration and management
  • KYC-related inquiries
  • Promotion and event-related inquiries
  • Wallet and asset-related inquiries
  • Managing escalation and follow-up of user inquiries with internal stakeholders
  • Manage inquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective
  • Community management and providing support across multiple channels
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing inquiries from clients, investigating disputes, and bug reporting
Preferred
  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Community management or support experience
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
