● Independently manage assigned clients and consistently meet client expectations.
● Support the engagement & relationship with the Retailer's product team and vendor's key account/trade marketing team.
● Quickly learn and have a good understanding of retail, commercial/category management.
● Comfortable analyzing complex data sets on the market, customers, and competitors, and able to generate insights and provide business case recommendations.
● Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects, as needed.
● Comfortable with report generation and presentations, with a passion for business insights and business action.
● Support all sales-related initiatives and be comfortable with budgets and targets.
● 3-5 years of working experience (experience in client servicing is an added advantage).
● Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
● Able to work both independently and within a team.
● Comfortable in presentations and reporting explanations.
● Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
