Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:
Possess a diploma or higher.
Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English both spoken and written, with Mandarin being an added advantage.

Evolving into a global digital hub for the entire iFAST Group, iFAST Global Hub.ai now plays a central role in most of the Group’s business functions.
The new digital hub will be focused on utilising advanced technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance the Group’s fintech capabilities, bolster its operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and promote scalability.
