Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is vital as we deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare service-related documents for clients.
  • Provide advisory services on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll matters.
  • Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure timely compliance filings.
  • Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence.
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
