Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Manage a portfolio of clients.
  2. Prepare service-related documents to clients.
  3. Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
  4. Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
  6. Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
  7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience.
  3. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin will be vital as we deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  6. Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
