Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively offering tailored solutions from Wai Hong Brothers' waterproofing and roofing services.
  • Manage and respond to client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to effectively coordinate project execution, address client concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with clients to gather feedback on service quality, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any potential issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Wai Hong Brothers' range of waterproofing and roofing solutions to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and expanding the company's market share.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and service performance to management, providing insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of client service processes.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification, demonstrating a solid foundation of general knowledge.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling seamless interaction with a diverse clientele.
  • Display excellent time management capabilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple client requests and adherence to deadlines.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
