What is the opportunity?

Located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 professionals, providing services such as Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations, and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. CACEIS Malaysia plays a pivotal role in driving global operations, enhancing service quality, and standardizing processes to meet client needs.

Role Overview

The role involves providing administrative, operational, and logistical support to ensure smooth organizational functioning. Key responsibilities include maintaining the reconciliation application for daily operations, monitoring system stability and data feeds, managing rejections or issues, and handling user access management and account setup.

The support team operates during shift hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Europe region, with flexibility to support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system feeds from various sources to ensure timely reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain the queue, investigate, and resolve rejected feeds daily.
  • Respond promptly to issues reported by Reconciliation teams and Business Units.
  • Manage user access and promote consistency in access rights.
  • Perform static setup and account setup in a timely manner.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree / BSc or equivalent

Relevant education: Computer Science, IT & Technology

Experience: 0-2 years in financial services, preferably in operations with basic reconciliation knowledge.

Skills: Technical support in applications & systems, IT tools proficiency
