Client Management Executive (Fresh Grad)

ETO Markets is a leading brokerage specializing in CFDs, Forex, Crypto, and Stocks. We empower traders with state-of-the-art technology, exceptional trading conditions, and outstanding customer support. We’re looking for a passionate Client Management Executive to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily processing of account opening and maintenance, including managing in-process, pending, and service-related activities.
  2. Support client onboarding and data maintenance; collaborate with business units on documentation tasks such as account opening, maintenance, and KYC processes.
  3. Understand new client needs and provide adequate support for their requirements and plans.
  4. Execute processing and inquiries related to Introducing Broker (IB) setup.
  5. Maintain sales-related information.
  6. Respond promptly to inquiries via email and Microsoft Teams chat.
  7. Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
  8. Report errors and deficiencies in existing processes to the team leader.
  9. Stay updated on process/system/activity changes to demonstrate excellence in daily work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking, Economics, Investment, Business, or related fields.
  • Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance-focused, diligent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, CFDs, Forex, or cryptocurrencies.
  • Familiarity with MT4, MT5, cTrader, or other trading platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting client inquiries and technical issues in financial services is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including market open/close times.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
