Slash Studios MY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Management Executive to join our growing team. You’ll manage day‑to‑day client communications, act as the bridge between clients and our creative, content and strategy teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

The role demands 1–3 years in account management or digital marketing, strong English, excellent organisational and project management skills, and experience handling social media accounts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing or digital marketing
• Agency experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Comfortable handling multiple clients and deadlines
• Commercially minded with ability to spot opportunities

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Act as the main contact between clients and our creative, content and strategy teams
• Translate client briefs into internal requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate shoots, content production and campaign deliverables
• Join client meetings and present updates and performance reports
• Monitor account performance and suggest improvements
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and upsell services
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Keep track of scope, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
• Maintain clear, proactive communication to meet client expectations
