Oversee the operations of the business office, including billing, insurance processing, and financial counseling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Manage support service functions—such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security—to maintain high standards of service delivery and facility upkeep.
Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate team members, establishing clear performance standards and conducting regular reviews to support continuous professional development.
Monitor and analyze patient feedback, collaborating with relevant departments to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction across the medical centre.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
In-depth knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry are essential.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Malay; the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
