Prepare service-related documents for clients.
Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll matters.
Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure timely completion of compliance filings.
Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Studies or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential due to interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
