Job summary

Techsavvy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic candidate for an account management support role. Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields is required; fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

You will support client relationships, assist marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, collect feedback, and provide product-related consultation and training. The role requires adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact to support client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical).
• Collect client feedback and support product/system improvements.
• Provide product-related consultation, training, and documentation.
• Coordinate account setup and communication with external stakeholders.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
