Qualifications

• At least 2 - 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferable consulting office experience.
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor construction aligns with drawings & specifications.
• Inspect & monitor construction stages including various works.
• Attend site meetings & verify progress reports.

· Ensure contractor to construct according to construction drawings & specification.

· Coordinate with various contractors, consultant & authorities on all site matters.

· To inspect & Monitor at all times each stage of construction work including piling, structural, architectural works, mechanical & electrical works, external works & infrastructure works.

· Attend all site meeting & verify progress report.

· To coordinate with consultants and project manager & highlight foreseeable problems for action & to ensure delivery of high-quality workmanship.

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate (i.e. IOW registered with BEM), Diploma, Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma or equivalent.

· At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.

· Preferable consulting office experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· High level of attention to detail.

· Must possess own transport.

· Willing to travel.

· Position based at KualaNilam,Sepang, Selangor.
