Job description

Role Purpose

This position is vital to support critical processes (pre, during and post) for truck flight operation.

Key Accountability
  • Report directly to the Head of Northern Region on all administrative matters, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Liaise with relevant departments/branches as instructed by the superior to ensure smooth operational coordination.
  • Manage and maintain staff personal files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee office stationery inventory and ensure timely procurement and management of supplies.
  • Handle correspondence by responding to letters and documents after clearance by the superior, ensuring accurate and professional communication.
  • Process security pass applications for vendors, trainers, and visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist in ensuring PEN STN’s compliance with QHSE assessment standards (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) and perform other clerical duties as necessary, such as photocopying and phone call management.
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum SPM/SPMV, DVM, STPM, Diploma or any equivalent
  • Good computer knowledge especially MS office application.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
