Location: SENAI Taman Aman

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (5 Days per week)

Salary: RM1,800 for probation

Transportation: Own

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at TAI WAH MOTOR. The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, and managing files, to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry:
   • Input customer information, vehicle details, sales transactions, and service records into the dealership’s database.
   • Update and maintain inventory records for vehicles, accessories, and parts.
   • Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date.
2. File Keeping:
   • Organize and maintain digital and paper files for customer contracts, vehicle titles, service records, and other documents.
   • Ensure all records comply with legal and regulatory standards.
   • Retrieve and file documents as needed by staff and management.
3. Customer Service:
   • Support customers by answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.
   • Assist in scheduling test drives or vehicle service appointments.
4. General Office Support:
   • Assist with administrative tasks such as handling calls, emails, and office organization.
   • Support other departments with administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a car dealership or similar industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately manage digital and paper files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus but not required.
