Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at TAI WAH MOTOR. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining accurate records, and managing files for our dealership. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Input customer information, vehicle details, sales transactions, and service records into the dealership’s database.
Update and maintain inventory records for vehicles, accessories, and parts.
Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date.
File Keeping:
Organize and maintain both digital and paper files for customer contracts, vehicle titles, service records, and other essential documents.
Ensure all records are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Retrieve and file documents as needed by staff and management.
Customer Service:
Provide support for customers by answering basic inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or sales team.
Assist in scheduling appointments for test drives or vehicle service.
General Office Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and office organization.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a car dealership or similar industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately input data and manage files (both digital and paper).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and car sales is a plus, but not required.
