Job summary

DB Schenker is looking for a Finance or Billing Administrator to join their team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Responsibilities:
  1. Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates, etc.
  2. Ensure customers are billed correctly (checking billing mechanisms, rates, volumes, calculation formulas)
  3. Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
  4. Communicate with customers to answer questions
  5. Keep accurate records (customer information, billing data, etc.)
  6. Prepare monthly billing drafts and summaries
  7. Fix billing errors by issuing debit and credit notes
  8. Assist internal and external auditors with billing document preparation
  9. Prepare monthly sales accruals
  10. Prepare financial reports
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma qualification or higher
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Finance or Billing Administration
  • Knowledge of SAP system and Excel is an advantage
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
