Job summary

Camel Power is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage documentation, oversee logistics activities, and coordinate administration tasks within their Southern warehouse. The ideal candidate will have at least an SPM qualification and experience in warehouse operations, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office and effective communication. Job description

Handle and print Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Stock Receive documents.

Maintain daily stock records and prepare monthly stock check reports.

Compile and submit monthly administrative and operational warehouse reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Record Management

• Handle and print Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Stock Receive documents.

• Maintain daily stock records and prepare monthly stock check reports.

• Compile and submit monthly administrative and operational warehouse reports.

2. General Administration & Facilities Management

• Oversee all administrative needs of the Southern warehouse, including utilities (water, electricity, internet), printer functionality, etc.

• Track and manage contract renewals related to utilities, vehicle insurance, business licenses, Bomba certifications, MBJB permits, and ensure timely renewals.

• Liaise with service providers and coordinate administrative matters as required.

3. Logistics & After-Sales Support

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse logistics activities including loading/unloading tasks, and verify related data.

• Assist in after-sales support work such as battery inspections and record keeping.

4. Attendance & Manpower Coordination

• Assist HQ HR in handling attendance discrepancies, leave records, and other basic personnel-related matters for the Southern team.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or admin roles; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), with basic document management skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.

• Strong communication skills and good self-discipline.
