Your Opportunity

We are expanding and looking for people to fill in new roles! If you have a can-do attitude and love solving real-world business problems, come join us as a Customs Clearance Broker Associate (Taiwan Market) and be part of our newly established Clearance Shared Service Centre to support Clearance Activities for various countries.

You will be based in KL Eco City and report to the Operations Manager. We are a diverse team of highly engaged people with benefits such as work-from-home flexibilities, occasional team activities, festive celebrations, and more!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customs clearance: Execute clearance and brokerage support for customers across Taiwan. Manage and execute administrative tasks associated with customs clearance processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of import and export shipments.
  • Compliance and standard adherence: Ensure all shipments are managed and processed promptly. Take ownership of processes and procedures, meeting deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: Demonstrate problem-solving skills by monitoring and resolving issues in the clearance process. Apply judgment and collaborate with senior team members on complex challenges.
  • Any other job-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field; fresh graduates with a can-do attitude encouraged to apply
  • Secondary Education with 2-3 years of experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations, or Logistics
  • Comfortable working according to Taiwan's market hours
  • Occasional work on Malaysian Public Holidays at holiday rate
