Job summary

A global express transportation company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for a role in Clearance & Brokerage Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in customs clearance operations, ensure compliance with EU and Singapore regulations, and solve shipment problems. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key responsibilities:

1. Custom Clearance Operations: Support clearance operations between customers and regulators in EU/SG using internal tech systems.
2. EU/SG Law & Trade Compliance: Execute import/export processes in accordance with EU/SG law (training provided).
3. Solve Shipment Problems: Identify and resolve shipment issues using logical judgment.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements:
