Job summary

YL Central Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking building cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of offices, hospitals and public institutions in Bidor, Perak, Malaysia. You will perform sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, emptying trash and monitoring security. Training provided.

Applicants should follow SOPs, have good attention to detail, and be able to work under supervision. This is an on-site role with standard leave and statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of clean room procedures and safety practices.
• Able to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaners maintain the cleanliness and overall functionality of various types of buildings such as offices, hospitals and public institutions.
• They perform cleaning duties like sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors, empty trash and check security systems, locks and windows.
• Building cleaners check air conditioning systems and notify the appropriate persons in case of malfunctions or problems.
