Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams.
  2. Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures, and regulations.
  4. Review training needs and implement training plans for staff.
  5. Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents.
  6. Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance.
  7. Monitor and ensure the smooth running of daily manpower operations, arranging for staff replacements as needed.
  8. Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment.
  9. Plan and ensure orientation for all new staff and job sites.
  10. Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and job costing.
  11. Transport cleaners/teams to and between job sites as required.
  12. Assist at job sites as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of SPM qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Ability to work independently and travel; own transport is required.
