Job summary

Fairwork is seeking a Cleaner for their operations in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Competitive salary of RM1900 per month plus a transport allowance of RM100. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to clean and maintain a variety of facility areas.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to document maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities.

Rest time: Monday to Friday (12pm-1pm)

Job Description

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
