Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related.
• 5-7 years of experience in Claims, QA, Process Improvement, or Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of claims handling processes and QA methodologies.
• Experience in business process improvement or system enhancement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Claims Quality Assurance activities across all claims lines.
• Conduct quality reviews and identify opportunities to improve claims handling standards and compliance.
• Analyze quality trends, root causes, and operational gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Claims Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen governance.
• Follow through claims process enhancement and system improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Gather and translate business requirements for claims system developments and enhancements.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews for claims-related projects.
• Monitor key quality and performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational objectives.
