A leading corporate insurance agency seeks a Claims Officer to manage Employee Benefits claims, ensuring accuracy in billing and prompt claim payments. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in insurance and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, displaying strong communication and multitasking abilities.
We are an established Corporate Insurance Agency and Credit & Leasing Company in the market. We provide general insurance services and loan financing such as hire-purchase, leasing and term loan.
Responsibilities
Respond to all inquiries pertaining Group Employee Benefit (GEB)
Verify GEB – GHS, GPA and GTL billing from insurers to ensured accuracy and ensure our internal billing is tally with insurer invoices.
Follow up on outstanding claims, payment status ensure claim are paid promptly and accurately
Check and monitor the enrollment and activation status of member in the system
Roll out communication and promotion of Takaful Ikhlas scheme, voluntary top-up plans and assist to develop new insurance plans/schemes to all staff.
Ensure all insurance premiums are collected promptly and forward the same to Finance Department.
Coordinate with insurers and internal departments on all aspects of marketing and operational issues or activities.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in insurance or related field from any reputable institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Employee Benefit Insurance claims
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of multitasking and a team-oriented individual
Able to work independently and effectively interact with customers
