Responsibilities

  • Assess quantum of claims.
  • Conduct negotiation on claims settlement.
  • Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
  • Review of policy liability.
  • Attend to claims query from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches and claims hubs.
  • Obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
  • Assess claims based on documents/reports that support claims, i.e. medical, police, survey, sketch plan.
  • Offer settlement to workshop, third party & insured.
  • Proceed investigation and mediate the complaints with resolutions.
