Design and review structural plans for buildings, infrastructure, sewerage, water supply, earthworks, road and drainage and other development projects.

Conduct structural analysis and ensure integrity, safety, and durability of all projects.

Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize structural designs.

Liaise and coordinate with contractor, clients & authority.

· Scrutinise accuracy of calculations, drawings and reports and ensure quality standards are adhered.

· Perform site inspections and provide technical solutions to structural challenges.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and construction progress assessments.

· Participating in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry

· Structure candidate shall proficiency in relevant software such as Etabs, SAFEm SAP2000, Prota, Midas, StaadPro, etc.

· Strong knowledge of engineering codes and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.

Experience working on high-rise buildings, commercial developments, or infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and innovative engineering solutions.
