Job summary

Muda Consult Sdn. Bhd. (MUDA) is seeking a Design Engineer (C&S) based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will design civil and structural aspects, perform calculations, and prepare drawings while supporting feasibility studies and reports.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro and related tools is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with strong technical and communication skills to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
Registered or eligible for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as Graduate Engineer.
Good knowledge in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare and develop civil and/or structural designs, calculations and drawings.
Assist in feasibility studies, technical studies and engineering reports.
Utilise relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro or equivalent.
Coordinate with project team, authorities and relevant stakeholders.
Support tender documentation, design coordination and construction stage services.
Undertake any other related tasks as assigned.
