We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Protégé to join our engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who wish to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals in the field of civil engineering.
Assist senior members in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, drainage, foundations, structures).
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Conduct site inspections and assist in quality control and project monitoring.
Perform calculations and analysis for structural integrity, load assessments, and materials.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and contractors.
Support the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Continuously learn and apply best engineering practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
