Your Role:
Design & Innovation: Develop comprehensive designs, specifications, estimates, and schedules for civil and airfield projects.
Construction Management: Oversee fieldwork and inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
Client Relations: Represent Oceanit to clients, government entities, and the public, strengthening relationships.
Regulatory & Environmental: Assist in preparing environmental assessments and permit applications.
Problem-Solving: Tackle complex engineering challenges with creative solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PhD or MS preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in engineering.
Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Hawaii preferred.
Skills: Creative problem-solving, client interaction, contract negotiation, and scope development experience.
