Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with 2–3 years of practical experience and proficiency in CAD and BIM tools. Chartered status is desirable and a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Civil Engineer qualification is highly desirable.
• 2–3 years of practical experience in civil engineering design, construction, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and BIM tools.
• Solid understanding of structural design, geotechnical engineering, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Design civil engineering solutions including plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Oversee construction and implementation phases, inspecting progress against specs.
• Identify and resolve technical design challenges during execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
• Use CAD and BIM tools to develop deliverables.
