HLA Associates Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to contribute to exciting engineering projects to be stationed in our Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. If you are a proactive and experienced professional with a passion for design and project execution, particularly in drainage or Road or Highway and water supply works, we encourage you to apply!

As a key member of our team, you will:

● Lead the design and documentation phases of diverse civil engineering works.

● Serve as a primary point of contact, liaising and coordinating effectively with clients and contractors on all site-related matters.

● Ensure project success by establishing and diligently maintaining works programs, managing claims and variations, processing progress payments and keeping accurate contract records.

● Represent HLA Associates in meetings with authorities, clients, contractors and suppliers.

● Manage projects independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating your strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

What you'll bring:

● A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

● A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in home office design for civil engineering projects, with significant expertise in road and drainage and water supply design.

● Proficiency in engineering softwares such as info works, Civil 3D, MES MiTS, Staad Pro etc will be added advantages.

● Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
